How do I file a warranty claim for my adjustable base?

baselogic adjustable bases are made by one of two manufacturers: Ergomotion and Nisco. Both handle all warranty claims directly and can help out with replacement parts and accessory purchases. You can see who manufactured your frame by checking the law tag on your frame.

The Serta Motion Perfect, Serta Motion Essentials, and Serta Motion Air bases are manufactured for Serta, by Ergomotion and all claims will be handled by Ergomotion directly.
