I purchased with another retailer and need help with my product. Who should I talk to?

Our retailer partners do not give us access to their systems, making refunds or exchanging of funds impossible on our end. The retailer that you purchased from should be able to help you directly with a refund or exchange.

Non-Serta.com Warranties  

Your mattress warranty is likely covered by the retailer directly. Most retail partners will handle their own warranties.  If the retailer you purchased from is still open, please reach out to them directly for help in filing your warranty claim.

If the retailer you purchased from has closed or you've moved out of their service area, reach out to us directly at either 888-708-1466 or via email at warranty@serta.com. We will need verification (such as an order receipt and product/tag photos) to determine if we can provide further assistance.  

Warranties for Serta Accessories 

There are many non-mattress products that Serta licenses and are manufactured by a third-party partner. These items may be covered by the manufacturer directly.
