Why has my Sleeptracker stopped working?

The reason that your SleepTracker app is no longer working is that the partnership between Beautyrest and the SleepTracker app associated with your frame has ended.

Because of this, there is no longer customer or technical support for that device. We understand that this may be disappointing, so we would be happy to extend a $150 credit to either Serta.com or Beautyrest.com.

This credit can be used toward any item on either of these sites. Please place the order for the item you would like and then email us the order information and we will refund $150 back to the purchasing card.
