What is Quick Ship?

As opposed to our typical 2-4 week time frame for items to be manufactured, shipped, and delivered, Quick Ship eligible items are products that have already been manufactured and staged at various RXO hubs around the country, ready to be shipped once they are ordered.

What items can be Quick Shipped?

Only specific items and sizes are Quick Ship eligible, and only certain zip codes are eligible for Quick Ship. Shipping is still free with Quick Ship items. Enter your ZIP code to check availability and to see if you're Quick Ship eligible.

How can I buy Quick Ship items?

Quick Ship products are only able to be purchased online. If you're purchasing items that are not Quick Ship eligible, they will go through our normal 2-4 week delivery process (Mattress in a box and bedding 1-3 weeks via FedEx).

Note that once your order is placed, because of how quickly these process, our team is unable to adjust the delivery address or contact info. You would need to cancel and re-place your order online with the correct info.
