Can I specify a delivery date?

For items delivered with White Glove or Threshold Delivery, you will be able to specify a delivery date. Our delivery partners will usually reach out to schedule a delivery day within a week of the order being placed. They will send an email with instructions on how to schedule your delivery online and will also try to contact you by phone. 

Please keep in mind that we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery time, and that will be scheduled the evening before your delivery takes place.

For items delivered via FedEx Ground, you will not be able to schedule a specific delivery date.
