Do I need to pay to return my Serta.com product?

Returns for products purchased on Serta.com are free!

To return a product bought directly on Serta.com within the first 100 days, we will work with you to have the product picked up and removed from your home at no cost to you. Reach out to us directly at support@serta.com to schedule a removal.


For products purchased through a different retailer, please reach out directly to them to enquire about their return policy.
