How do I exchange my Serta.com product?
If you've purchased your mattress directly from Serta.com and are within your 120-day In-Home Trial, you can exchange your mattress for another Serta mattress.
Give us a call at 1-888-708-1466 so we can walk you through the exchange process. We'll place your new order over the phone, charge the difference in cost or return the difference (if any) and walk you through the process for having the original product removed.
Please keep in mind that an exchange will void the 120-day In-Home Trial for the new product.
If you purchased from an authorized retailer, you will need to contact them directly to see if an exchange is possible.
