I received the wrong product, what do I do now?
For orders placed directly on Serta.com, if you feel you received the wrong product, you can refuse to accept the delivery. If you notice the wrong item was received after the delivery, we ask that you send photos of the product you received and the tag on the product to us via email at support@serta.com. Our Customer Support team will take a look and help to troubleshoot as quickly as possible.
If a replacement is needed, we will provide new shipping information and details on what to do with the incorrect item.
If you purchased your Serta item from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly.
