When will I receive my order?

When ordering directly from our site, it will take approximately 2-4 weeks for your items to be ready for delivery. The delivery company will usually reach out to schedule a delivery day within a week of the order being placed.

Delivery hours are typically Monday through Saturday, 7 am - 7 pm. This excludes all major holidays. Delivery dates can vary and will depend on the delivery team's availability in your area.
If you ordered your Serta product at a different retailer, please contact your local Serta dealer for delivery verification. Delivery arrangements vary by dealer and location.
