How will my order be delivered if I selected White Glove Delivery for my products?

White Glove Delivery will be completed with our delivery partner. Within a week of your order being placed, our delivery partner will reach out to schedule a delivery day with you, either via phone or email. The evening before delivery, you should receive a 4-hour time window of when to expect the delivery to take place.

The service itself will include the delivery and set up of your product in the room of your choice. It will also include the removal of any packaging material, an old mattress, and a box spring (if applicable). Customers will receive one setup and one removal per mattress ordered. All mattresses removed using White Glove Delivery must be in a sanitary condition.
