What if I need to reschedule my delivery?
In most cases, rescheduling your delivery with our delivery partner will be no problem. Please reach out directly to the carrier in order to determine what alternate delivery options are available for you.
One thing to keep in mind, the carriers we work with cannot guarantee specific delivery days or time frames and will do their best to work within your schedule.
If you need to reschedule within 24 hours or less of your original delivery date, they may not be able to accommodate the change.
