How do I schedule my delivery?

The delivery company will usually reach out to schedule a delivery day within a week of the order being placed. They will typically send an email with instructions on how to schedule your delivery online and will also try to contact you by phone. The night before delivery they will reach out to confirm your four-hour delivery window.

Please note that items are shipped individually, so it is possible that one of your products will reach the delivery hub before the other. We recommend scheduling the delivery of each item as it arrives at our delivery partners to avoid complications.
