How do I schedule my delivery?
The delivery company will usually reach out to schedule a delivery day within a week or two of the order being placed. They will typically send an email with instructions on how to schedule your delivery online and will also try to contact you by phone. The night before delivery they will reach out to provide your four-hour delivery window that they've assigned based on how their day is routed.
Please note that items are shipped individually, so one of your products may reach the delivery hub before the other. We recommend scheduling the delivery of each item as it arrives at our delivery partners to avoid complications.
