Is White Glove Service automatically included in my order?

White Glove delivery is automatically included for mattress, base, and foundation orders delivered via RXO. This includes set up, as well as the removal of packaging, your old mattress, and the box spring (if applicable). All mattresses removed using White Glove Delivery must be in a sanitary condition.

For mattresses purchased through an alternate retailer, please reach out the retailer directly to find out about their old mattress removal policy.
**For mattresses in a box, and items delivered via FedEx Ground, White Glove Delivery is not an option for delivery.
