What does Threshold Delivery include?

Standard Threshold delivery allows you to schedule a specific day for our delivery partner to deliver the item. Within a week of your items being ordered, the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a convenient delivery date and time. However, standard shipping only includes delivery to your front door and does not include a new mattress setup or removal of the old mattress.

Please be aware that an adult needs to be present to sign for the mattress at the time of delivery.
For items delivered via FedEx Ground, threshold delivery is the only option for delivery.
